- Vasovagal syncope
- Bleeding
- Needlestick injury
Training on all available equipment:
- BLS
- Oxygen cylinder
- Face mask
- Spacer
- Oropharyngeal airway
- Intramuscular injection
- Epipen/Anapen
- All basic medication
Medical Emergency OSCE circuit practice.
Day 4:
Skilled OSCES
- Dental Surveyor
- Facebow transfer
- Denture faults
- Surgical instruments
- Radiographic film holders
- Intramuscular injection
- Periodontal supra and subgingival scaling
- BPE recording
- Handwashing
- Waste disposal
- Cephalometric tracing
- Dental charting
- Dental extractions
Day 5:
Actor OSCES
Discussion of 50 Actor stations which covers:
(Ethical and legal principles, Principles of safe practice, Oral health / population-based healthcare, Peer communication, History taking , treatment planning)
