Courses are non-refundable. A minimum of 5 candidates is required for each batch; otherwise, we may transfer your seat to the next available date.

**Theory Course**

**Manikin Course**

Online materials and access to the WhatsApp support group are available for 12 months after purchase.



Hard Copy of the Theory Note will be posted to your address.

By making this payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Access Validity

Your access is valid for a maximum of 18 months or until you pass the exam, whichever occurs first. If you pass before the 18 months period ends, your access will be automatically deactivated.

• Confidentiality of Materials

All materials provided are strictly for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, distributed, or forwarded to any individual, whether inside or outside the course.

• Accuracy & Responsibility

While EA Dental Academy aims to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content, it is your responsibility to ensure that the materials, services, or information meet your personal learning and examination requirements.

• WhatsApp Support Groups

EA Dental Academy retains full authority over any WhatsApp support groups (if applicable). Students must contact the admin team directly via WhatsApp to request access to any course-related groups.

• Code of Conduct

Any form of misconduct, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour towards EA Dental Academy staff will result in immediate account termination, and all access to materials and services will be permanently revoked without refund.

• Non-Refundable Policy & Course Booking Postponement / Rescheduling Policy

A) All course bookings and subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.

B) Course booking tickets are transferable for the purpose of postponement or rescheduling only, provided that a written request to [email protected] is submitted at least four (4) weeks in advance of the scheduled start date.

C) Requests made with less than four (4) weeks’ notice may be declined and will be treated as a cancellation without refund.

I understand that I am booking the Ultimate 13 Days ORE2 Course, scheduled from 9 AM to 6:00 PM for Theory session and 8:45AM to 7:00PM for Manikin session. This course includes access to online WhatsApp support with the tutor I have booked the course with, which will remain available for a maximum of 12 months or until you pass the exam, whichever occurs first. If you pass before the 12 months period ends, your access will be automatically deactivated.
